Welcome to Buti Yoga, a movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body from the inside out. We train the core using the Spiral Structure technique created by Founder Bizzie Gold that transforms the way the body looks and performs almost instantly. Buti Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend starting with the Transformation Series DVD or the Transformation Slimdown Package. The Transformation Series is our introductory DVD that has breakdowns of some fundamental moves and the workouts scale toward beginner. The Transformation Slimdown Package includes the TS DVD and our nationally-acclaimed 30 Day Slimdown, a meal plan mixed with scheduled workouts.
Students that typically feel that yoga is too slow and meditative for them will find BUTI to be quite the opposite! Our classes are fast paced and so much fun that an hour will literally fly by. Don’t believe us? Try the FREE downloadable workout you receive for joining the FREE BUTI Tribe.
We suggest moving right to the Shakti Sweat series if you are physically fit and have experience with yoga. The workouts on this DVD are all intermediate to advanced and range from 60 – 75 minutes. You might also want to consider joining our online streaming membership with over 75 hours of workouts at your fingertips 24/7.
We suggest starting with the 30 Day Slimdown . This 30 day meal plan mixed with targeted workouts will truly give you the best introduction to the BUTI methodology for symptom tracking, nutrition and working out. The 30 Day Slimdown comes with a 76 page daily meal planner with recipes, daily focus / mantra, weekly symptom tracker, 30 day workout calendar, online workout gallery and transformation journals. If you are looking to also purchase the introductory DVD, we suggest the Transformation Slimdown Package which gives you both with a 15% discount. You can also opt for the Shakti Slimdown Package if your fitness level and yoga practice call for it.
We do train instructors in our trademarked method. Our Yoga Alliance RYT program will be offered in Malibu, CA starting in September 2014 and in Minneapolis, MN starting in October. The course is a 200 hour course that will certify you to teach Hatha yoga with a BUTI yoga specialty. If you are already an RYT, we offer 30 hour certification courses in BUTI Yoga and Hot BUTI Yoga.
