Day one will focus on anatomy + physiology of the core, bony landmarks + anchoring points for movement A&P followed by asana alignment.
Day two will focus on class sequencing, cardio dance elements, musicality and how to put Spiral Structure Technique® into action through the building of dynamic Buti sequences.
Day three will consist of testing, and student led demonstrations.
Whether becoming a Master Trainer has been on your vision board for a year or you're looking to refine your Buti® skills + business savvy – this cert is for you. At the end of each program, we hold auditions for our newest generation of Master Trainees. Master Trainees will be welcomed into our Master Trainer program based on overall attitude and performance throughout the weekend in addition to their demo audition. You must be a certified Buti Yoga Instructor to attend. This program is REQUIRED to become a Master Trainer.
ADVANCED TRAINING INCLUDES a series of dance technique workshops meant to push each student out of their comfort zone to enhance creativity, muscular engagement, sequencing and pair each with grace and fluidity. This 1-day certification offers instructors an "add-on" class to boost their Buti Yoga marketability. Each class fits into a 30-minute class slot offering students convenient fat burning workouts that maximize functional core strength and prevent injury. This class style is ideal to increase your student demographic and attract students otherwise intimidated by traditional Buti classes. With your knowledge and love for the practice of Buti Yoga, you will be able to seamlessly transition these students into a complete practice.
HotCore® is a 30-minute class that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to engage the deep muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look and functionality, HotCore® is the perfect add-on class for students looking to enhance core strength or push the limits of their yoga practice.
Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction creating resistance. The majority of movements in HotCore® build deep core strength best accessed through an exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine. In between sets, students move to restorative yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen. Most HotCore® classes consist of 4-5 pre-set sequences at the discretion and timing of the instructor. HotCore® classes can be taught in non-heated and heated rooms alike. Temperatures can range from 80-95.

Masterful and intentional, DEEP is restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Unlike other Buti® trademarked formats, DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas. Class duration ranges 75-90 minutes + 7 minute meditation.
DEEP is a POWERFUL practice to add to your instructor tools and repertoire.
This format compliments all existing Buti® formats and is a gentle introduction to the spiral structure technique.

These class styles are ideal to attract students otherwise intimidated by traditional Buti classes or build-onto your class offerings with HIIT and resistance training to enhance overall market reach. Training will include: manual, instruction, anatomy + physiology, injury prevention / at-home protocols, modification, class sequencing and testing.
Buti® Bands is a HIIT-based resistance training workout targeted to LIFT + SHAPE your BOOTY while toning + strengthening the hips. Bands are utilized during high-intensity intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion while targeting the hips and booty through lateral engagement. During low-intensity intervals, students move through static yoga poses to release the muscle group targeted during the high-intensity interval.
Buti Sculpt® builds long, lean muscle mass using a HIIT (high intensity interval training) - based formula seamlessly blended with static yoga poses to stretch and release the muscle group used during high-intensity round. Deep: DEEP is our restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. The sequence is broken into 6 structure sets that utilize proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PRF) to repair muscle damage + psychological disconnection to restore muscle innervation, connect you to areas of stored traumain the body, and enhance blood flow to the body - especially the abdomen.
