LOW CRESCENT LUNGE // ANJANEYASANA

Grab a friend (or make a new friend) and show us your anjaneyasana outside! 

Tell us why your friend is amazing (besides the fact that they did this pose outside with you LOL).


Benefits: Relieves tension and stress allowing you to feel calm; 

stretches hips, front of leg, intercostals, muscles around the knee, arms, neck and chest; 

strengthens quads, calves, hamstrings, shoulders and arms



DAY 3 - FRIDAY, DECEMBER 3RD

HALF MOON // ARDHA CHANDRASANA

Show us your half moon in your favorite spot. Tell us how this spot helps you stay balanced.


Benefits: Removes stiffness in the lower back and tones the sacroiliac area; beneficial for women that are menstruating;
