Daily Meditation (Start with 20 minutes...can be broken down into two 10-minute sits)

Gratitude Journal

5 things in the morning and 5 things at night you are grateful for

 Same Journal or different?

Answer these questions daily:

How was I aware?

How was I in the Now?

How did I enjoy the Great Silence?

How was I grateful (this is in your gratitude journal).

How did I love? How was I loved?

Did I offer Seva?

How did I stay healthy/contribute to my health?

How did I transmute negative emotions?

Did I laugh ? Did I have fun? Did I play?

All this inventory is done with a calm, clear, non-judgmental mind.

NO SHOULDS!

ONLY COULDS!!!
