PROPER ALIGNMENT
Learn proper yoga asana alignment for poses utilized in Buti® sequencing
SPIRAL STRUCTURE TECHNIQUE®
Delve deep into the Spiral Structure Technique®, its application and how to apply it to our dynamic asana sequencing
CUEING + MODIFICATIONS
Build a foundation for cueing, adjustment and modification
CREATIVE SEQUENCING
Learn how to properly sequence a Buti® class using dynamic variations + sequences that fit our class guidelines.
EACH DAY WE WILL COVER:
DAY 1
Will focus on anatomy + physiology of the core, bony landmarks + anchoring points for movement A&P followed by asana alignment.
DAY 2
Will focus on class sequencing, cardio dance elements, musicality and how to put Spiral Structure Technique® into action through the building of dynamic Buti sequences.
DAY 3
Will consist of quizzes, testing, partner queing, and student led demonstrations.
