We strive to provide inclusive community spaces + retreats to weekend-long intensive trainings for yoga + fitness enthusiasts worldwide. Our nutritional supplement line, Golden Ratio was created with nourishing, thoughtful ingredients for paleo + keto friendly lifestyles. Buti TV is home to a movement methodology that is accessible at-home or on-the-go. We have dedicated our heart and soul to the innovation of the practice of yoga since 2010.

Buti MVMNT is home to Buti TV + music-driven workout that incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts + deep core conditioning. The spiral structure technique® Is used to activate our deep core muscles paired with intentional shaking + vibration to release trauma stored at the cellular level. There are eight unique formats of Buti MVMNT including Buti Yoga, Primal Flow, Deep, HotCore, Bands, Sculpt, Hot Vibes, and Vibe + Flow. Our movement methodology is proudly practiced in over 115 countries with thousands of instructors worldwide.
