Buti for Every Level
The Buti Mvmnt practice is for everyone at any fitness level. Understand the yoga fundamentals and movement principles to begin the movement practice, expand your knowledge, deepen your personal practice, or provide modifications and advanced options for your students. Anyone may attend the workshop, students and instructors. Learn how to make Buti accessible for any BODY, shape, size, age, and all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.

Energetic Cleansing Workshop
In this workshop we will learn about the power of the breath and how it works with various systems in the body. We will learn pranayama techniques that will aid and support in learning how to preform Nauli and we will conclude the workshop by learning how to practice Nauli.
