We want this group to be a second home that feels SUPPORTIVE and INSPIRING and most importantly - NON-JUDGMENTAL. Shaming someone on comments or speaking in a degrading way about any member will lead to immediate removal from the group. Vulnerability is critical to speeding up the process of transformation. When members feel like they are on edge or afraid of being judged - the process comes to a screeching halt.So please be mindful in your comments and posts to be supportive, informative + motivational.
In the same vein, as the trainer for this group it is ALSO my job to hold you accountable and not let you stop yourself from achieving your goals. There are times that my advice or directions might feel intense or shocking BUT that’s often what is required. Disruption of our routine and patterned responses is what helps us get long-lasting results that become part of a NEW healthy pattern instead of a quick-fix that you never truly adopt mentally.
I set the intention for everyone in this group to use this as a tool to change your life PERMANENTLY. That means that YES -there will be and SHOULD BE a time that you no longer need me or this group. THAT IS THE POINT. I’m here to support you in building these tools to care for yourself and your family for the rest of your life.
