Step 1: Read that again.
You don't need to be anywhere other than where you are to awaken the self-love we all seem to be looking for.
Self-Love:we talk about it often, but how do we actually cultivate it in our daily lives?
Like most...okay...all opportunities for growth, it takes more than intention - action is required. Self-Love starts with loving self-action.

Self-Love has almost become a buzzword, but that doesn't mean we don't need it.
What does self-love mean to you? Do you love yourself?
If the answer is no, what feels like it's stopping you?
Self-Awareness requires Self-Compassion.
Louise Hay said it well: “You’ve been criticizing yourself for years & it hasn’t worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens.”
Can you see those things you wish were different in yourself without judging yourself for where you’re at?
We are wired to seek pleasure & avoid pain. It’s helpful to remember that each of us do the best we can with what we have learned, experienced and feel in a moment.
Can you forgive someone else for doing the best they can? Do you extend that same forgiveness to yourself?
Ironically, many of our “faults” have also fueled our gifts. We don’t want to get stuck in our traumas, & it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t transform them. But - berating yourself won’t help.
How have your “shortcomings” also fueled your greatness? How can you bring acceptance into your quest to be better?
