Our 7 different workout formats deliver a balanced practice through primal expression, restorative asanas, liberating movements, and cardio dance bursts, guiding you to activate your power + ignite your transformation + find your Buti bliss.
Butisattvas can sweat with us online via Buti TV, in person at our studios and can even become a Buti Certified Instructor through our various certification programs. Buti
The ultimate high intensity full-body + mind expression. This rhythm-based workout is an intuitive vinyasa that combines spirals, twists, primal movements, vibrations, and muscle buildout for a total mind + body + soul transformation. As the foundation to all other Buti formats, this is the perfect starting point to begin your Buti journey.

Bands
Using a resistance band to promote muscle strength, endurance, and awareness, the 25-to-30-minute HIIT workout focuses on
lower body movements to build out hip flexors, glutes, and quads. The intervals include 40 seconds of high intensity movements, followed by 20 seconds of low intensity poses. -
Sculpt
This is a full-body HIIT style workout that prioritizes muscle burnout for 30 minutes and includes a calming cooldown to balance out your sweaty session. With 40-second of high intensity movements matched with 20-seconds of recovery asanas, your body + mind will thrive in a well-balanced workout.

HotCore
HotCore requires socks to increase the drag + resistance to target your deep core muscles and get your heart (and soul) pumping. With heavy core and shoulder work through a series of planks + quadruped movements, the interval-based sequence (40/20) prioritizes a balanced class through challenging movements and recovery poses.

DEEP
This low-intensity format centers on the mind + body connection by slowing down— serving as the perfect complement to Buti Yoga. Focusing on the core, DEEP incorporates self-massage, spirals, pulsing and shaking to promote the release of trauma through stored energy in the body + mind.

Primal Flow
Through a more structured + traditional vinyasa approach, Primal Flow focuses on releasing + becoming grounded through primal movements and individual expressions. As a pre-sequenced format that flows through salutations (and emotions), the format guides you to connect with your divine femine + masculine energy.

Vibe + Flow
This flow is a low-intensity intuitive vinyasa centered on slowing down in your dynamic movements. Unlike Buti Yoga there is no cardio in this flow, but the shaking and spiraling is very much still present for this hour long practice.

Master trainer
Our Master Trainers embody leadership by extending their hearts (and their sweat!) from their mat to yours. They help lead the Buti community through energetic formats, knowledgeable instruction and intuitive encouragement fit for all journeys and body types.
