Challenge: Go plastic free! We challenge you to ditch the plastic straws and bottles for the whole month of November. If you make it through the whole month without using plastic bottles, plastic straws or plastic cups we will send you a FREE gift.

- Pay close attention to your thoughts throughout the week.
- What are the positive things you are thinking about yourself, your family, your job, your life?
- What are the negative things you think about yourself, your family, your job, your life?
- How can you change the negative thoughts?
Example: instead of saying "I don't want to go to work or get out of bed." say " I am so blessed to have a job and get up every morning and conquer my day.
- Write 5 positive affirmations for yourself for the week:
Example: I am healthy; I am safe; I am a Badass; I am positive and excited about my future; I am loved and respected.
