Buti® Yoga

Buti® blends off-axis strength training with unique, core-burning movement and cardio dance. Music guides Buti® classes like an internal GPS - no more 8 counts or reps. The beat blended movement forces you out of your head + INTO YOUR BODY. Buti® incorporates shaking + vibration to help release stored trauma + stimulate cellular reorganization.

HotCore®

HotCore® is a great class to enhance your core strength. Classes are done in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction creating resistance. Between sets, students move to restorative yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen. HotCore® classes consist of 5 pre-sequenced sets. They can be taught in non-heated and heated rooms, with heat ranging from 80-95 F.

Primal Flow

Blend traditional vinyasa with Buti® Yoga techniques and philosophy to create the perfectly balanced practice of movement and stillness for the mind, body, + soul. We use a formula for sequencing with creativity while maintaining structural integrity. This format works with anatomical principles to bring dynamic, primal, and intuitive movement to life.

Sculpt + Bands

Sculpt + Bands is the perfect high intensity “add on” option to Buti Certification. Sculpt is a total-body pre-set HIIT sequences that weaves a range of challenging cardio pushes, muscle burnouts and a whole lot of sweat. Bands utilizes resistance bands to enhance muscle strength, endurance + awareness. Glutes, quads, hamstrings, and hip flexors are targeted to promote a more lifted and toned booty while strengthening the surrounding muscles.

DEEP

A low-impact format that focuses on micro movements paired with physical touch to connect mind to muscle while restructuring
 the deep core. DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore muscle connectivity, and assist in the recovery of the core and pelvic floor postpartum. The classes also include self-massage and pressure point activation.
