Are you ready to try your first Buti® workout? This is what you'll need:
1. Some SELF-LOVE- we MUST find love for our body RIGHT NOW in this moment. Bring that love + intention into your body before stepping on your mat.
2. Water + a Yoga Mat- you don't need much room just a non-slip surface with padding like a yoga mat to protect your joints. Don't forget to hydrate anytime you need a break.
3. COURAGE. Everyone's practice will look different - especially when you're just starting out. Do as much as you can but don't allow yourself to quit and get discouraged. We all started somewhere and today's your day.
4. Remember that we also offer two beginner series. Try this first to get the full experience, then practice with RISE to set your foundation.
