Set to tribal-inspired beats, Soul Sweat seamlessly blends dynamic power yoga with high-intensity tribal dance and deep abdominal toning. Join Bizzie Gold as you learn to uncover your inner strength + grace on the mat and beyond. Soul Sweat is suitable for intermediate to advanced yogis with experience in the practice of Buti Yoga or vinyasa flow.

Ignite DEEP Transformation
HotCore builds up the heat deep within your core to create transformation from the inside out. Created and taught by Celebrity Trainer Bizzie Gold, HotCore uses the Spiral Structure Technique® movements to TRANSFORM the LOOK, TONE + FUNCTION of the DEEP CORE. Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction creating resistance and targeting your deep core muscles while also spiking your heart rate. With heavy core, shoulder, and wrist work through a series of planks + quadruped movements, the 30-minute interval-based sequence prioritizes balance through challenging movements and recovery poses.

Shakti Sweat
Build Your Practice to the MAX
Shakti Sweat workouts seamlessly blend Kundalini activation, advanced cardio, tribal dance and yoga sequencing to tone + sculpt the entire body. Shakti Sweat is intended for students that have an existing yoga practice, a high level of cardiovascular endurance or those wanting to push themselves to the MAX!

The introductory Buti Yoga series that teaches you the foundational elements of creating a dynamic yoga practice. Sculpt your entire body using the Spiral Structure Technique ™ which applies a multi-dimensional approach to restructuring the muscles of the core. Unlike other fitness methodologies that train the body using a linear approach, Bizzie Gold trains the body using a spiral approach that gives students long lean muscle tone without bulking.
Dynamic Flow is an introductory DVD series that offers beginner modifications and workouts that range from 30 to 60 minutes in length.

3 Buti Yoga Sculpt workouts (upper body, abs, lower body)
Individual exercise breakdowns with modifications for exercise mastery
