This brand new series of 8 full-length HIIT workouts utilizes Buti Bands (resistance training bands) to add strength, dimension and challenge to our existing Buti® Sculpt format. Bands are utilized during high-intensity intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion while targeting the hips and booty through lateral engagement.During low-intensity intervals, students move through static yoga poses to release the muscle group targeted during the high-intensity interval. The DVD set also includes 2 cooldown yoga flows meant to be added at the end of each Buti Bands workout. Use the workout calendar provided to follow along for Bizzie's suggested 30-day plan.
This DVD set can be used for all levels. Beginner modifications are included on the disc and you can scale up in difficulty by increasing the resistance of the band as well as lowering deeper into each exercise or pushing harder to complete more reps during the interval.
