DEEP Certification


Masterful + intentional, DEEP is a restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect the mind to muscle + catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Unlike other Buti® trademarked formats, DEEP is low-impact + focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle + restructure the deep core. DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore innervation + assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse + diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage + pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas. Class duration ranges 75-90 minutes + 7-minute meditation.

DEEP is a POWERFUL practice to add to your instructor tools + repertoire.

This format complements all existing Buti® formats + is a gentle introduction to the spiral structure technique.

  • Written Test, Muscle Location Test + Demo

This certification includes 2 full days of instruction, demonstration + testing with a Buti Yoga Master Trainer.

*NOTE* We do not recommend practicing DEEP while pregnant due to the intense compression of the abdomen. DEEP is great for postpartum + highly recommended after being released by a physician.
